Jay-Z 'When The Money Goes" (CDQ/No DJ)

Here is an old/new Hov record that was supposedly left off his American Gangster album. On first listen I can see why it was left off the album, not up to the usual Jay-Z standards but still better than most of the trash that floods Blogland these days.
