According to the good people at ThatRealIsh, a dude named Percival Fats watched a film, got invigorated, started a band, and begin making not so bad post-indie punk music in a faux British accent. He named his band Japanese Cartoon, created a MySpace page, and uploaded the music. Percival Fats is Lupe Fiasco. Rock & Roll dude.
