I'm not sure what to make of THIS. Either it's true, and we can all laugh at OJ Simpson for a reason that doesn't make us feel kind of guilty. Or, it's not true and we all have something to laugh at OJ Simpson about that doesn't make us feel guilty. It's a win win. Apparently, OJ has a 1 hour comedy show coming out called O.J. Simpson: Juiced. This must be stellar programming for the whole family because the official press release says that this DVD “puts O.J. back in the spotlight, delivering shock, amazement, and surreal excitement with every role he plays.” I wonder if he plays a murderer who gets away with killing his ex wife and her boyfriend?
According to the press release, notable moments in cinematic history include...
- O.J.'s portrayal of a “gangsta” rapper holding ruthless auditions for his new hit song “Get Juiced” at a sex-crazed strip club.
- Term getting “served” takes on a whole new meaning as both laughs and wrong orders are handed out as “MC Juice” works the “drive-thru” window of a fast-food restaurant (no, you won’t want fries with that)!
- When reality gets twisted as O.J. is a real estate agent’s worst nightmare who sabotages an open house and in the mix we meet some very unusual and “eye-popping” neighbors.
- O.J. secretly being disguised as an elderly, foul-mouthed, Caucasian bingo caller at a senior center!
I wish I had the chune or the video available for your viewing pleasure. Then again, this may just be a practical joke. That's how I feel about this whole subject. I just can't believe that O.J. would even try to do some stupid shit like try clown gangster rappers by looking like a fucking idiot who is an old ass man acting like a (stereotypical) "gangsta" rapper. Then again, maybe he would try and do something like that.
I do want to remind people of ONE thing though. Before he was the "alleged murderer/armed kidnapper" O.J., he was the "one of the most dominant running backs to ever play the game of Football" O.J. THIS means something. So does THIS. And THIS. And THIS. And THIS. It's no excuse, but it means something. Just like De La Hoya vs. Pacquiao Saturday night, you hate to see a legend go out like this.
