Seth MacFarlane is a twisted dude, but super funny. He is putting out some web cartoon episodes called "Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Comedy" and this is the first episode in the series. The video is about what happens after Mario saves the princess in Super Mario Bros. This could easily be one of those out of left field obscure reference flashbacks that Peter always has on Family Guy.
